Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form. Your name, email address, business name, anything you write about your products, and the plan you were looking at. We use it only to reply to you. The form is delivered to us by Formspree (Formspree privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
• Booking a call. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address and the time you choose, so the booking can be made (Cal.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab)). Calls take place on Google Meet.
• WhatsApp, email and phone. If you contact us this way, we receive whatever you send us.
• Cookies, only with your permission. If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, the Meta Pixel measures page visits and when someone sends an enquiry or taps to contact us, so we can see how our ads perform. Meta sets cookies to do this (Meta privacy policy (opens in a new tab)). If you choose “Decline”, or make no choice, none of this runs.
• Your cookie choice. We remember whether you accepted or declined in your own browser, so we don’t ask on every page.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use any other analytics or tracking on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see the information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@latitudeos.io.
• Change your cookie choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Declining removes Meta’s cookies from this website.
